Producing Open Source Software
Via Soulsoup: “Everything you wanted to know about Producing Open Source Software, from economic-political-business context to copyright issues via successful strategies to implement a good project plan and links to tons of free resources, you can get it all here”: Producing Open Source Software by Karl Fogel:
Producing Open Source Software is a book about the human side of open source development. It describes how successful projects operate, the expectations of users and developers, and the culture of free software.
Looks good, I’d hold that most development processes and projects could profit by leveraging oss-principles like e.g. “release early and often”, hence this book may also come handy when redesigning e.g. broken innovation processes in conventional organizational settings.
