Tips for conference bloggers
Cedric refers to Ethan Zuckerman and Bruno Giussani for some hints for blogging knowledge workers, as Bruno has compiled a pdf with neat tips ‘n tricks (“Tips for conference bloggers”).
I commented on my very own best practice for workshop and conference notes: my personal wiki, where I am able to collect raw notes (while still linking them to the web or inside my wiki). Later on I can polish them up and post them, or just keep them unsorted as they are for my own needs. I may even give collaborators and project partners access to these notes, so they can contribute. All in all I think that this is much more straightforward than liveblogging into a text file (or a word document) …
