    I had the same analysis when I looked at Yammer. I also agree with doubts whether M$ will be allowed by business customers to continue this go-to-market strategy.
    I don't like the perceived need of lines of business to circumvent corporate IT. IT departments have been established to provide a service. If they are ignored, this indicates highly dysfunctional organization. They should solve their problems instead of creating an even bigger mess.
